Ice Cream and Peach Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 large peach, sliced and unseeded
1/2 banana
1/2 cup of peach or vanilla ice cream
1 cup of whole milk
Directions:
Start by blending the peach slices with the banana and whole milk and until a smooth texture is formed. Add the ice cream last a blend for 30 seconds on low to keep the ice cream texture in the smoothie
